五、线路设计举例 1.换向线路工作缸活塞有三种状态,即前进、后退和中间停止。一个信号控制的换向线路称为单稳态换向线路;两个信号控制的换向线路称为双稳态换向线路;三个信号控制的换向线路称为三稳态换向线路。 (1)单稳态换向线路(见图8) 线路由非门、输出阀、常闭开关组成。在常态时,非门输出为“1”,气缸右端有气,活塞处于复位状态。按下常闭开关,接通气源,非门输出为“0”,输出阀气路切换,活塞前进,当输入信号撤除,活塞便复位。

Press the normally closed switch, connected to the gas source, the door output is “0”, the output valve gas path switch, the piston forward, when the input signal is removed, the piston will be reset.
