以上海浦东开发开放为龙头,进而推进长江沿江地区的开发开放,给沿江的九江以及江西全省发展经济带来了极好的机遇。邓小平同志的南巡讲话和中央作出的开放沿江地区的决策,又给江西全省极大的鼓舞。而江西最近一段时间在加快改革开放和经济发展的重新部署,大跨度向前推进的实际工作,令人开始对江西“老表”刮目相看了。
With the development and opening up of Pudong in Shanghai as a leader, the development and opening up along the Yangtze River will be promoted. This will bring excellent opportunities to the economic development in Jiujiang and Jiangxi provinces. Comrade Deng Xiaoping’s southern tour speech and the central government’s decision to open up the areas along the Yangtze River have given Jiangxi province a great encouragement. In the recent period of Jiangxi’s acceleration of reform and opening up and the redevelopment of its economy, the real work of pushing forward with a long span has begun to take a big look at Jiangxi’s “old watch.”
