China has promised that foreign-funded advertising companies will be able to realize their holding in the joint venture within two years after their accession to the WTO. Four years later, foreign-funded enterprises can be set up. The WTO is not a fault zone for Chinese advertisers standing on the threshold of WTO. The impact of international advertising has long been an unavoidable fact.
