将40只雄性小鼠随机分为阴性对照组(0 mg/kg)和乙烯利低剂量(85mg/kg)、中剂量(170 mg/kg)、高剂量(340 mg/kg)组,小鼠经口染毒14 d,于首次给药第28 d后用颈椎脱臼法处死,观察乙烯利对小鼠精子质量的影响及睾丸组织的病理学改变,用流式细胞术(FCM)对小鼠睾丸生精细胞细胞周期进行分析。结果显示,与阴性对照组相比,中、高剂量组小鼠体重明显减少(P<0.05),高剂量组精囊腺重量和精子计数明显减少(P<0.05);各剂量组精子活动率均低于阴性对照组(P<0.05),精子畸形率均高于阴性对照组(P<0.05);中、高剂量组小鼠睾丸组织病理学检查可见明显异常;中、高剂量组生精细胞周期进程受到阻滞。提示乙烯利对雄性小鼠产生了一定的生殖毒作用,并能阻滞小鼠生精细胞的细胞周期进程。
