应用促黄体激素释放激素类似物（LHRH－A）治疗围经绝期子宫肌瘤9例。剂量200～500μg每日肌肉注射，时间12～16周．治疗前后E2均值分别为176．65pg／ml，48．9225pg／ml，有显著差异（P＜0．02）。FSH，LH治疗前后无明显变化（P＞0．05）。B起示子宫大小．治疗前后均值分别为66．67×65×56．67mm，56．57×62．71×49．14mm。骨密度治疗后无下降，血红蛋白治疗前后无变化，痛经消失7例，好转1例。月经过多症状明显好转，无闭经，停药后随访中2例继发闭经，无病例因反应而停药，无病例需手术治疗。本文提出，延长治疗时间，至少24周，维持E水平30pg／ml，能达到闭经进入经绝期，替代手术治疗。
Nine cases of perimenopausal uterine fibroids were treated with luteinizing hormone releasing hormone analogue (LHRH-A). Dose 200 ~ 500μg daily intramuscular injection, time of 12 to 16 weeks. The mean of E2 before and after treatment were 176.65pg / ml and 48.9225pg / ml, respectively (P <0.02). FSH, LH no significant changes before and after treatment (P> 0.05). B shows the size of the uterus. Mean before and after treatment were 66.67 × 65 × 56.67mm, 56.57 × 62.71 × 49.14mm. There was no change in BMD after treatment, hemoglobin treatment before and after no change, dysmenorrhea disappeared in 7 cases, improved in 1 case. Menstrual symptoms were significantly improved, without amenorrhea, follow-up after stopping in 2 cases of secondary amenorrhea, no cases of withdrawal due to the reaction, no case required surgical treatment. This paper proposes to extend the treatment time, at least 24 weeks, maintaining the E level 30pg / ml, to achieve amenorrhea into the perimenopausal, alternative surgical treatment.
