随着经济全球化以及市场经济的不断深入与发展,我国资本市场的竞争也日趋激烈。在激烈的市场竞争中,企业看重的往往是经济效益的提升,片面地认为企业经济的发展才是硬道理。在此思想意识的引导下,企业内部一切工作也都是围绕经济这一问题而展开。但随着知识经济与信息经济并存的新经济形势的确立,经济活动与思想政治、人力资源等企业内部管理工作之间的联系也更为紧密,思想政治工作在企业经济活动中的基础性地位逐步提升,缺少思想政治工作的保驾护航,企业一切业务活动都无本之源,无法稳定持续地发展。因而本文将主要围绕企业内部员工队伍思想政治工作的重要性问题进行简单的探讨。
