采用坯龄模型和多模型控制器的先进控制策略设计了莱钢合金钢矩形坯连铸机动态二冷配水在线控制系统。该系统融合了L1,L2级“联锁保护措施”和数据“诊断和处理”功能,提供用户自由制定工艺接口功能,支持用户增加新钢种和修订相应的二冷工艺。上线质量跟踪及冶金效果分析表明,在线控制系统运行准确、稳定,有效避免了铸坯表面裂纹、中间裂纹及中心裂纹等缺陷的产生,提高了铸坯的中心致密度和等轴晶率。
Based on the advanced control strategy of billets age model and multi-model controller, the on-line control system of dynamic secondary cooling and water distribution of Laiwu Steel alloy rectangular billet continuous caster was designed. The system incorporates L1, L2 “interlock protection” and data “diagnosis and handling” functions, providing users with the freedom to develop process interface features to support users to add new types of steel and modify the corresponding second cooling process. The on-line quality tracking and metallurgical results show that the on-line control system runs accurately and steadily, which effectively avoids the occurrence of defects such as surface cracks, intermediate cracks and central cracks and improves the central density and equiaxed grain rate of slab.
