我在2014年10月19日至10月26日参加了湖北省“十二五”第六期高中校长任职资格培训班的培训,获益良多,作为咸宁高中的校长,我一直在思考学校的管理和创新问题。目前国内学校的管理水平参差不齐,管理形态也是多元共存。有的学校可能还处于经验型管理的阶段,有的学校可能处于经验型管理向科学型管理的过渡,有的学校已经逐步建立和完善了科学型管理的机制,并正力求实现从科学型管理向创新型管理的飞跃。
