This paper introduces the characteristics of CNC spindle and its application status.The structure design, bearing selection, dynamic balance and other issues in the design and manufacture of high speed spindle unit are analyzed.The performance test of the spindle shows that the spindle design is reasonable , Dynamic and static performance indicators meet the requirements.
