谷维素(oryzanol;简称OZ)在临床上主要用于间脑、下丘脑和边缘系统功能失调所引起的植物神经功能失调、更年期综合征、脑外伤后遗症和精神病等。OZ的新用途,有降血脂、抗溃疡和治疗慢性胃炎等。 OZ的临床应用 谷维素的抗溃疡实验表明,OZ具有广谱性抗溃疡作用;即对应激性溃疡、幽门结扎性溃疡、精神创伤性胃溃疡等均有抑制作用。OZ抗溃疡的口服剂量比皮下和腹腔注射大100倍,连续给药50d以上才可出现抗溃疡作用。
Oryzanol (OZ) is mainly used clinically for dysfunction of the diencephalon, hypothalamus and limbic system caused by autonomic dysfunction, menopausal syndrome, traumatic brain injury sequelae and psychosis. OZ’s new uses, there are hypolipidemic, anti-ulcer and treatment of chronic gastritis and so on. The clinical application of OZ ulin ulcer experiments showed that OZ has a broad spectrum of anti-ulcer effect; that is, stress ulcer, pyloric ligation ulcer, traumatic gastric ulcer and so inhibited. OZ anti-ulcer oral dose than subcutaneous and intraperitoneal injection 100 times larger, continuous administration of more than 50d before anti-ulcer effect.
