以乐东拟单性木兰为试材,研究了2.5、5、7.5和10 k V·cm-1不同场强的静电场对插穗生根及相关生理指标的影响。结果表明,5 k V·cm-1的静电处理其插穗的平均单株生根数、根均长、根鲜重、根系活力和成活率均高于其他处理,与对照相比分别提高了83.3%、59.55%、102.9%、96.16%和131.34%;对可溶性糖、可溶性蛋白、过氧化物酶(POD)和吲哚乙酸氧化酶(IAAO)的检测发现,除IAAO活性变化呈现先下降后缓慢升高的趋势外,其他指标的变化均总体呈现先升后降的趋势,在15 d时达到峰值,其中,5 k V·cm-1处理其可溶性糖含量、可溶性蛋白含量、POD活性分别较对照升高了38.55%、45.96%和57%;而IAAO酶与对照相比降低了62.47%。结果表明,静电场处理能显著提高乐东拟单性木兰插穗的扦插成活率,最高值达到了50.71%,其最佳静电场场强为5 k V·cm-1。
The effects of electrostatic fields with different field strengths of 2.5, 5, 7.5 and 10 kV · cm-1 on the rooting and related physiological indices of cuttings were studied with Leymus chinensis. The results showed that the mean number of root per plant, average root length, root fresh weight, root activity and survival rate of the cuttings treated with 5 k V · cm-1 were all higher than those of the other treatments, which were increased by 83.3% , 59.55%, 102.9%, 96.16% and 131.34%, respectively. The results showed that electrostatic field treatment could significantly increase the survival rate of cuttings of Leymus secalimus, the highest value reached 50.71%, and the best electrostatic field strength was 5 kV cm-1.
