自2007年以来,中共上海市闵行区委按照党建工作的总体思路,坚持以改革创新的精神推进全区党的建设,系统考虑、整体安排,着力建立和完善长期有效的体制和机制,建立起一个充满生机和活力的党的基层组织。闵行区委把加强党委领导体制和工作机制建设提到了首要位置。通过充实权力、规范机制、扩大民主、接通下情,既理顺了党内关系、发挥了全委会在党的地方各级组织中的领导核心作用,又提高了区委民主决策的水平。
