《数学课程标准》提出“知识与能力,过程与方法,情感、态度和价值观”这三个维度,是对新时代的老师提出的新要求。一个好的老师,不但要博览群书,有广博的知识储备,而且要善于在课堂上营造良好的氛围,使课堂张弛有度,愉悦和谐,发挥引导、组织、合作者的作用,这个作用也就是我们常说的教师要打造高效课堂的能力,即课堂调节控制能力。教师只有具备“运筹帷幄之中,决胜教学内外”的意识和随机应变的临场调控能力,
