目前,香港正处于经济转型和主权交接的关键时期。各种矛盾和问题比较集中地暴露出来。从经济方面看,一些比较突出的矛盾和问题,既与港府近年来推行的经济政策有关,同时也与香港产业结构变动及经济转型相联系。本文拟从后者出发,分析当前以及今后影响香港经济发展几个结构性矛盾和突出问题。一、香港产业结构变动的基本轨迹 50年代以来,香港的产业结构随着经济的发展一直处于不断变动和调整之中。就整体而言,40多年来,香港的产业结构经历了两次大的变动。一次是在50—70年代初的工业化过程中发生的。一次是70—80年代初开始,迄今仍在进行之中。
At present, Hong Kong is in a crucial period of economic restructuring and transfer of sovereignty. All kinds of contradictions and problems have been exposed in a concentrated manner. From an economic point of view, some prominent contradictions and problems are both related to the economic policies pursued by the Hong Kong Government in recent years and to changes in Hong Kong’s industrial structure and economic restructuring. This article intends to proceed from the latter and analyze several structural contradictions and outstanding issues that affect the economic development of Hong Kong now and in the future. I. Basic Track of Changes in Hong Kong’s Industrial Structure Since the 1950s, Hong Kong’s industrial structure has been constantly changing and adjusting with the development of economy. On the whole, Hong Kong’s industrial structure has undergone two major changes over the past 40 years. Once occurred during the industrialization of the 1950s-early 1970s. Once started in the early 1970s and early 1980s and is still in progress.
