近年来,随着社会经济的发展,我国水利建设投资规模日益扩大,项目增多,因而工程质量的提高是非常必要的。在农业及生态环境发展中,农田是基本设施保障,其能够促进农业生产更加完善,为农民提供赖以生存的物质基础。农民是农田水利工程的权利与义务承担者,所以,提高农田灌溉质量对农民经济收入、生活现状的改善都有非常重要的意义。本文在阐述现有农田水利技术基础上,分析了目前农田灌溉中出现的问题及应对措施,希望对我国农田灌溉质量的提高有参考价值。
In recent years, with the development of society and economy, the scale of investment in water conservancy construction in China has been expanding and the number of projects has increased. Therefore, it is necessary to improve the quality of water conservancy projects. In the development of agriculture and ecological environment, farmland is the guarantee of basic facilities, which can promote more perfect agricultural production and provide the material basis for farmers to survive. Farmers are the undertaker of the rights and obligations of farmland water conservancy projects. Therefore, improving the quality of farmland irrigation is of great significance to the improvement of farmers’ incomes and living conditions. Based on the existent water conservancy technology in farmlands, this paper analyzes the problems and countermeasures in current farmland irrigation and hopes to provide reference value for the improvement of farmland irrigation quality in our country.
