以低温时仍具有较好流动性的新型EP(环氧树脂)为主剂,低黏度高活性固化剂(牌号593)和促进剂(牌号DMP-30)为复合固化体系,填料水泥、白炭黑及石棉纤维为增稠、增强改性组分,制备了低温环境中施工性能较好、早期(1 d压缩)强度较高的新型EP建筑结构胶。研究结果表明:当m(EP)∶m(593)∶m(DMP-30)∶m(水泥)∶m(白炭黑)∶m(石棉纤维)=100∶30∶2∶125∶115∶10时,制备的胶粘剂具有相对最好的综合性能[如适用期为105 min、涂胶厚度为3 mm时无流挂现象、1 d压缩强度为65 MPa、14 d压缩强度为90 MPa、14 d拉伸强度为34 MPa、14 d正拉粘接强度为6.0 MPa和正拉破坏形式为混凝土内聚破坏],完全满足建筑结构胶的使用要求。
The new EP (epoxy resin) with good fluidity at low temperature is the main agent. The low viscosity and high activity curing agent (grade 593) and accelerator (grade DMP-30) are the composite curing systems, filler cement and white carbon Black and asbestos fibers are thickened to enhance the modified components, and a new type of EP structural adhesive with better construction performance in low temperature environment and higher strength in early stage (1 d compression) is prepared. The results show that when m (EP): m (593): m (DMP-30): m (cement): m (white carbon): m (asbestos fiber) = 100:30:2:125:115: 10, the adhesive prepared has the best overall performance [such as the application period of 105 min, no sagging when the glue thickness of 3 mm, 1 d compressive strength of 65 MPa, 14 d compressive strength of 90 MPa, 14 d tensile strength of 34 MPa, 14 d pull-pull strength of 6.0 MPa and positive pull failure form of concrete cohesion damage], fully meet the requirements of the use of building structural adhesive.
