西大堤是连云港港口腾飞的重要标志,是连云港发展的主要奠基石。近年来,随城市经济深层次的发展,城市不断向港口索要空间,目前西大堤已成为城市与港口的众矢之的。本文通过层次分析法与德尔非法相结合方式,从资源利用的角度出发,建立西大堤利用取向评价模型,为西大堤的发展利用提供决策支持。
The western embankment is an important symbol of the port of Lianyungang soaring, is the main cornerstone of the development of Lianyungang. In recent years, with the deepening economic development in cities, cities have continuously requested space from the port. At present, the western levee has become the target of cities and ports. Based on the combination of analytic hierarchy process (AHP) and Del illegal, this paper sets up the evaluation model of westward dike utilization orientation from the perspective of resource utilization, and provides decision support for the development and utilization of the western dike.
