北京一师附小自1986年开始进行快乐教育研究至今已有23年的时间了。而随着21世纪的到来、新课程的实施,社会及教育的发展对人才的需求越来越高。要培养高水平的人才,学校面临着许多挑战,其中最大的挑战是教师思想的解放和专业能力的提高。在认真分析学校、教师发展状况以后,我们确立了“以快乐教师培养快乐学生”“以教师乐教善教促进学生乐学会学”的学校发展思路,持续开展了“以提升教师的专业素养为核心,以改变教与学的方式为重点”的教育实践,让学校真正成为“学生成长的乐园,教师成才的沃土”。
