黄连的组织培养I.愈伤组织诱导及小檗碱含量测定

黄连(Coptis chinensis Franch.)的叶、叶柄和茎作外植体,在6,7-Ⅴ+2,4-D lmgL~(-1)+KT0.1mgL~(-1)的培养基上培养,所得结果表明:1.所有外植体都诱导出愈伤组织;2.所有愈伤组织都含有小檗碱;3.所有愈伤组织的小檗碱含量相当;4.愈伤组织中的小檗碱含量相当于黄连根茎中小檗碱的含量.

The leaves, petioles and stems of Coptis chinensis Franch. Were cultured on 6,7-Ⅴ + 2,4-D lmgL -1 KT 0.1 mg L -1 medium , The results obtained showed that: 1. All explants induced callus; 2. All callus contained berberine; 3. All berry had the same berberine content; 4. The callus Berberine content is equivalent to berberine rhizome content.
