针对楔横轧工艺,研究轧辊成形角变化对空心件收口成形的影响规律。根据工件成形尺寸,使用UG软件建立4种模具方案,每个方案中模具的不同之处在于成形角的变化方式不相同。运用Deform软件模拟空心件的楔横轧成形过程,对比模拟结果,得出最佳的成形工艺方案,并分析了最佳方案下的等效应力和等效应变的变化。试验结果表明,采用最佳模具成形方案轧制出的工件可以达到尺寸要求。最佳成形工艺方案为:在轧制过程中,工件转过6.5圈,前5圈为变形,成形角值从0°连续线性增加到3.6°,第6圈为成形过程,成形角为3.6°;保持成形角不变,第6.5圈为卸载阶段。
Aiming at the cross wedge rolling process, the influence law of roll forming angle on the shape of the hollow part was studied. According to the workpiece forming size, the use of UG software to establish four kinds of mold program, the mold of each program is different in that the forming angle varies in different ways. The Deform software was used to simulate the cross-wedge rolling process of hollow parts. The simulation results were compared to find out the best forming process and to analyze the changes of equivalent stress and equivalent strain under the optimum design. The test results show that the best die forming program rolled out of the workpiece can meet the size requirements.
