以往曾认为吞咽引起的心律失常较少见,但近年有关吞咽性心律失常的个案报告并非少见。本文从近年国内部份文献中收集吞咽性心律失常16例,并结合本文报告的2例,就其发生机理和治疗加以讨论。
It has been considered rare in the past that arrhythmia is caused by swallowing, but recent reports of swallowing arrhythmias are not uncommon. This article from the domestic part of the literature collected in recent years, 16 cases of swallowed arrhythmia, combined with the two reported in this article, its mechanism of occurrence and treatment are discussed.
