手扶拖拉机是我国农村广泛使用的动力机械,其发动机的功率和油耗是表征机车动力性能及经济性能的主要指标。为了能直接在手扶拖拉机上检测发动机(S195柴油机)的功率和油耗,在浙江农大研制的S195柴油机机械式测功仪的基础上,我们改进设计了SJ-A型手扶拖拉机功率油耗检测仪,并由江苏省农机局定点在丹阳县第二汽车修配厂试制成功。样机经性能试验、有关单位使用,效果良好。该仪器结构简单,操作方便,便于携带,可适用于农机管理或安全监理部门以及农村修理网点检测手扶拖拉机发动机功率和油耗。
