近年来,随着人们的生活节奏越来越快,女性工作——家庭冲突问题也越来越突出,这引起了人们的广泛关注。而角色理论是职业生涯管理和女性工作——家庭冲突的桥梁。本文将从角色理论出发,研究角色理论与工作——家庭冲突的关系,并从家庭和组织方面给出建议,帮助女性找到解决问题的途径。
In recent years, with the fast pace of people’s life, the issue of women’s work-family conflict has become more and more prominent, which arouses people’s widespread concern. Role theory is a bridge between career management and women’s work-family conflict. Based on the role theory, this paper studies the relationship between role theory and work-family conflict, and gives advice from family and organization to help women find ways to solve the problem.
