目的对新疆医科大学第五附属医院14台医用诊断X射线机放射诊疗工作场所进行放射防护控制效果评价,确定放射防护设施和防护措施在控制职业照射和防止潜在照射方面的有效性、适宜性。方法通过现场辐射监测、查验、核实等方法收集数据,将检测数据、调查资料与国家标准进行比较。结果该院放射工作人员个人剂量(0.12~0.90 m Sv)、放射诊疗工作场所放射防护设施及防护措施、周围剂量当量率(<0.4μSv/h)、质量控制检测指标基本符合国家标准规定的要求,但高频透视机机房面积(8.96 m2)低于国家标准的要求,部分防护设施、措施及个人防护用品的配置尚待完善。结论该中心新建放射诊疗建设项目判定为职业病危害一般类的建设项目,该院医用诊断X射线放射诊疗工作场所放射防护控制效果基本达到国家标准规定要求,基本能保障放射工作人员和公众的健康与安全,放射防护设施和防护措施是有效的。
Objective To evaluate the effectiveness of radiological protection and control of 14 medical diagnostic X-ray radiography clinics in the Fifth Affiliated Hospital of Xinjiang Medical University to determine the effectiveness and suitability of radiological protection facilities and protective measures in controlling occupational exposure and preventing potential exposure. Methods Data were collected through on-site radiation monitoring, inspection and verification, etc. The test data and survey data were compared with national standards. Results The personal radiation dose (0.12 ~ 0.90 m Sv), radiological protection facilities and protective measures in the radiation clinic, the surrounding dose equivalent ratio (<0.4μSv / h) and the quality control test basically met the requirements of national standards , But the room area of high-frequency fluoroscopy machine (8.96 m2) is lower than the national standard, and the configuration of some protective facilities, measures and personal protective equipment is yet to be improved. Conclusion The construction project of the new radiation clinic construction project of this center is judged to be a general category of occupational hazards. The radiological protection and control effect of the medical diagnostic X-ray radiological clinic in the hospital basically meets the requirements of the national standards, which can basically guarantee the health and safety of radiological workers and the public Safety, radiological protection and protective measures are effective.
