目的观察中西医结合治疗新生儿黄疸的疗效。方法将90例新生儿黄疸患儿随机分为治疗1组、治疗2组、对照组各30例。三组均予以综合措施及蓝光照射治疗,治疗1组给予茵栀黄口服液口服,治疗2组在此基础上给予茵栀黄口服液联合双歧杆菌三联活菌口服。结果选取疗效、血清总胆红素浓度为指标各组间进行比较,治疗组两组总有效率均为96.67%,对照组总有效率76.67%,两治疗组明显优于对照组(P<0.05),且治疗2组明显优于治疗1组(P<0.05)。结论中西医结合治疗新生儿黄疸,可增强疗效,缩短病程,值得临床推广。
Objective To observe the curative effect of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine on neonatal jaundice. Methods Ninety neonates with jaundice were randomly divided into treatment group (n = 1), treatment group (n = 2) and control group (n = 30). Three groups were given comprehensive measures and treatment with blue light. One group was treated with Yinzhihuang Oral Liquid, and the other two groups were treated with Yinzhihuang Oral Liquid and Bifidobacterium triple viable oral. Results The curative effect and serum total bilirubin concentration were compared between groups. The total effective rate was 96.67% in the two groups and 76.67% in the control group. The two groups were significantly better than the control group (P <0.05) ), And the treatment group 2 was significantly better than the treatment group 1 (P <0.05). Conclusion Integrative treatment of neonatal jaundice, can enhance the efficacy and shorten the course of disease, it is worth clinical promotion.
