事业单位是我国非常重要的一种公益性服务组织,近年来随着市场经济体制改革的不断深入,事业单位也在全面进行现代化改革,单位管理形式、管理内容都发生了很大的变化,在很大程度上增加了事业单位的管理难度。内部控制管理工作是现代事业单位管理的重要内容,然而目前我国事业单位在内部控制方面仍然存在诸多问题和缺陷,不利于事业单位的改革与发展。本文主要分析了事业单位当前在内部控制工作中的主要问题及其成因,并在此基础上提出了可行性的改进对策。

This article mainly analyzes the main problems and causes of the institutions in the internal control work, and on this basis puts forward the feasible improvement measures.
