我厂生产的FA801A型摇纱机有32种(64件)小模数齿轮,齿顶圆<Φ110mm,孔分别为:Φ18_(H7)、Φ25_(H7)厚度均为8mm。在此类薄坯齿轮件的车削过程中,由于卡盘三爪长于工件厚度,装夹时工件没有基准面依靠,调头车端面时难以保证两端的平行度。为此,设计了如图1所示的y形端面定位平行垫块,现介绍如下:
