随着互联网科技的不断发展,微信、微博、各种终端APP平台的不断普及,人们的消费模式已经发生了翻天覆地的变化。在十二届全国人大三次会议上,李克强总理在政府工作报告中首次提出“互联网+”行动计划,为传统的服务行业在提升效率和组织变革方面指引了方向,特别是在云计算、大数据为基础的网络平台基础上,推行酒店行业的转型升级,具有重大的指导意义。
