目的探讨他扎罗汀凝胶与异维A酸胶丸联用治疗扁平疣的效果。方法 60例扁平疣患者随机分成A、B两组,各30例。A组患者仅使用0.05%的他扎罗汀凝胶外涂治疗;B组患者除了外用0.05%的他扎罗汀凝胶进行治疗外,加服异维A酸胶丸;对两组皮损消退情况进行记录,并比较疗效。结果 B组治疗总有效率(80.00%)明显高于A组(46.67%)(P<0.05);B组复发率(6.67%)明显低于A组(20.00%)(P<0.05)。结论临床上使用他扎罗汀凝胶与异维A酸胶丸联合治疗扁平疣具有良好的治疗效果,患者康复后复发率低,值得推广应用。
Objective To investigate the effect of tazarotene gel combined with isotretinoin capsules in the treatment of flat warts. Methods 60 patients with flat warts were randomly divided into A and B groups, 30 cases each. Group A patients only treated with 0.05% tazarotene gel topical treatment; Group B patients in addition to topical 0.05% tazarotene gel treatment, plus different Victoria A acid capsules; the two groups of skin lesions Regression records, and more effective. Results The total effective rate (80.00%) in group B was significantly higher than that in group A (46.67%) (P <0.05). The recurrence rate in group B (6.67%) was significantly lower than that in group A (20.00%) (P <0.05). Conclusions The clinical treatment of flat warts with tazarotene gel and isotretinoin capsule has a good therapeutic effect. The recurrence rate of patients with low recurrence rate is worth popularizing and applying.
