在市场竞争激烈的大趋势下,商业零售企业之间的竞争也更加激烈,为了提高企业的竞争力,加强商业零售企业内部控制具有积极意义。以企业内部控制规范及内控要素为基础,对商业零售企业内部控制现状进行分析,并提出相应的解决之道,有效的保证了零售企业的健康可持续发展,具有一定的现实意义。
Under the intense market competition, the competition between commercial retail enterprises is also more intense. In order to enhance their competitiveness, it is of great significance to strengthen the internal control of commercial retail enterprises. Based on the internal control norms and internal control elements of the enterprise, this paper analyzes the status quo of internal control of commercial retail enterprises and puts forward corresponding solutions, which effectively ensures the healthy and sustainable development of retail enterprises, and has certain practical significance.
