我认为,民族社会工作概念的提出有鲜明的问题意识,采用功能定义的视角,可以将民族社会工作的内涵概括为以一体两翼的价值为指导,以民族社会工作关系为框架开展的助人服务活动。其研究对象是平等、团结与共同繁荣取向的民族社会工作关系,民族社会工作关系由工作者、受助者、民族社会工作价值观、助人活动四个要素构成。
In my opinion, the concept of ethnic social work has a clear awareness of the issue. Using the perspective of functional definition, the connotation of ethnic social work can be summed up as follows: taking the value of one body and two wings as guidance and helping service activities based on the ethnic social work relations . The object of study is the ethnic social work relations based on equality, unity and common prosperity. The work relationship between ethnic communities consists of the four elements of workers, beneficiaries, work values of ethnic communities, and helping people.
