十七大报告提出“要全面认识祖国传统文化,取其精华,去其糟粕,使之与当代社会相适应、与现代文明相协调,保持民族性,体现时代性”。在经济全球化的大环境中,国有企业的管理工作面临着空前艰巨复杂的挑战。国企管理人员承担着搞好企业生产、做强做大企业和改革管理方式、凝聚员工队伍的重任。这就要求他们加强自身的人格修养,树立高度的敬业意识和奉献精神。本文拟从继承发扬祖国传统文化的角度,就国企管理人员的人格修养问题,谈几点粗浅看法。
The report of the 17th National Congress of the Communist Party of China proposed: “We should fully understand the traditional culture in the motherland, take its essence, take its dregs, adapt it to contemporary society, coordinate with modern civilization, maintain national character and reflect the times.” In the environment of economic globalization, the management of state-owned enterprises is facing an unprecedentedly arduous and complicated challenge. The management of state-owned enterprises undertake the task of doing a good job of enterprise production, making enterprises bigger and bigger, reforming management methods, and pooling the workforce. This requires them to strengthen their own personality training, establish a high degree of professionalism and dedication. This article intends to inherit and carry forward the traditional culture of the motherland from the perspective of personality management of state-owned enterprise managers, to talk a few superficial views.
