作为中华文化圈的地区之一,香港特别行政区的慈善事业非常发达,慈善组织在香港发挥着很重要的作用,而高度发达的慈善事业离不开香港社会对慈善组织有效、透明的监督机制,正是因为有效的制度监督,慈善组织在香港具有高度的公信力,香港民众对于慈善组织有着很高的信任度。而作为香港对慈善组织监管的一环,社会监督起着十分重要的作用。社会监督最重要的是公众的监督、第三方独立评估机构还有媒体舆论监督。
As one of the regions of the Chinese cultural circle, the charities in the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region are highly developed. Charities play an important role in Hong Kong. The highly developed philanthropy is inseparable from the effective and transparent monitoring mechanism of charitable organizations in Hong Kong. It is precisely because of effective system supervision that charities have a high degree of credibility in Hong Kong and Hong Kong people have a high degree of trust in charities. As part of Hong Kong’s monitoring of charities, social supervision plays a very important role. Social supervision is the most important public supervision, independent assessment of third-party agencies and the media supervision.
