随着小学教育改革进程的逐步深入,分层教学模式在我国小学语文教学中的运用愈发广泛。新课程改革背景下,人们愈发强调学生主体地位的发挥,并要求课堂教学应当面向全体学生。而学生是发展中的人,是具有差异性的个体,在课堂教学中,想要做到这一点,就需要教师更新教学方式,根据每一位学生的学习特点以及身心发展规律,循循善诱、因材施教,以此让每位学生都能参与其中,并在具体的课堂实践教学中得到全面发展。对此,本文下面将以小学语文教学为例,简要探讨分层教学在课堂教学中的具体应用。
