采用学习动机与学习倦怠问卷,选取独立院校214名学生进行问卷调查,探讨了独立院校大学生学习动机和学习倦怠的现状及其关系。结果表明:(1)文史类与理工类学生在物质追求上差异显著,大四学生与其它年级学生在学习动机上差异显著,城市学生与乡镇学生在害怕失败和物质追求上差异显著;(2)城市学生与乡镇学生在情绪低落上差异显著;(3)求知进取与情绪低落呈显著负相关,害怕失败与情绪低落成显著正相关;求知进取与行为不当呈显著负相关,小群体取向与行为不当成显著正相关;求知进取、社会取向、小群体取向和学习动机总分与成就感低成显著正相关;害怕失败、小群体取向与学习倦怠呈显著正相关;学习动机对学习倦怠有一定的预测作用。
Using the questionnaire of learning motivation and learning burnout, 214 students from independent colleges and universities were selected to conduct a questionnaire survey to explore the current situation and the relationship between learning motivation and learning burnout among independent college students.
