目的探讨分析气管旁含气囊肿常规CT表现。方法总结日常工作中CT发现的50例气管旁含气囊肿,分析其大小、部位、形态、边缘、是否与气管交通等CT表现。结果囊肿大小平均10、7、16 mm(前后径、左右径、上下径),50例中有47例位于胸廓入口处(T_(1~3)水平),有3例位于左主支气管旁(T_(5~7)水平),呈囊状者35例,呈不规则或蜂窝状改变着15例,有19例能看到与气管交通。结论 CT扫描特别是薄层CT扫描是诊断气管旁含气囊肿的首选方法 ,也是最佳检查方法。影像诊断医生应该充分认识,减少误诊及漏诊。
Objective To investigate the conventional CT findings of tracheal cysts. Methods Fifty cases of tracheal cysts with CT findings in routine work were analyzed and their CT features such as size, location, shape, margin and tracheal traffic were analyzed. Results The average cyst size was 10, 7, and 16 mm (anteroposterior diameter, left and right diameter, up and down diameter). 47 of 50 cases were located at the thoracic entrance (T 1-3 level), and 3 cases were located in the left main bronchus T_ (5 ~ 7) level), cystic were 35 cases, showed irregular or honeycomb changes in 15 cases, 19 cases can see tracheal traffic. Conclusion CT scan, especially thin-section CT scan is the preferred method of diagnosis of tracheal cysts, but also the best method of examination. Diagnostic imaging doctors should fully understand and reduce misdiagnosis and missed diagnosis.
