应用SF-Ⅱ型心功能仪检测21例慢性肺心病的左室收缩、舒张、泵血功能,并设慢支炎、正常人两个对照组。结果显示:1.三个组舒张功能均正常。2.肺心病组的PEP、LVET、PEP/LVET、ICT、Q-Z、SV等六项指标明显异常;而对照组则正常,两者比较差异非常显著(P<0.01)。3.肺心组缓解后,上述六项指标均恢复正常,前后比较差异非常显著(P<0.01)。
The SF-Ⅱcardiac function was used to detect the left ventricular systolic, diastolic and pump blood function in 21 patients with chronic cor pulmonale, and two chronic bronchitis and normal control groups were established. The results showed that: 1. The three groups diastolic function are normal. The PEP, LVET, PEP / LVET, ICT, Q-Z and SV in pulmonary heart disease group were significantly abnormal, while the control group was normal, the difference was significant (P <0.01). The pulmonary heart group remission, the above six indicators were returned to normal, before and after the difference was significant (P <0.01).
