本研究运用现场访谈等方法,改变传统研究方式,从动态的过程角度,把三资企业投资决策过程划分为投资立项、筹建、投产三阶段,分析了投资决策过程中任务特征和风险因素的动态变化,认为各种风险因素具有时间特征。为进一步的投资决策辅助和支持系统的研究和开发提供了理论依据,也为企业管理及其改革提供理论和实践指导。
This study uses the method of on-the-spot interview and other methods to change the traditional research methods. From the perspective of dynamic process, this paper divides the investment decision-making process of three-funded enterprises into three phases: investment project preparation, construction and commissioning. It analyzes the dynamics of mission characteristics and risk factors in the investment decision-making process Change, that all kinds of risk factors have time characteristics.
