本文采用配对分析,测定了30例Ⅱ型糖尿病(NIDDM)和30名正常人的红细胞胰岛素受体和红细胞膜流动性。发现NIDDM红细胞胰岛素受体位点减少,而红细胞膜流动性显著降低,二变量间呈有意义的负相关。细胞膜流动性的下降可能是NIDDM胰岛素受体或受体后缺陷的原因之一。
In this study, we measured the erythrocyte insulin receptor and erythrocyte membrane fluidity in 30 patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus (NIDDM) and 30 normal subjects by paired analysis. Found that NIDDM erythrocyte insulin receptor site decreased, while the fluidity of erythrocyte membrane decreased significantly, the two variables showed a significant negative correlation. Decreased cell membrane fluidity may be one of the causes of NIDDM insulin receptor or post-receptor defects.
