广利渠是沁河下游的一个古老的灌溉工程。相传创修于秦代(前221—前206年),渠首引水工程称“枋口堰”,是用枋木建引水门,引水口称枋口(今五龙口)。225年三国魏司马孚易木为石,改建引水口,称为石门。元初1261年王允中等修广济渠,建有坝取水枢纽。至1600—1700年逐渐形成七个引水口,七条输水渠的渠系布置,这七条渠叫广济、利丰、永利、广惠、甘霖、大利、小利渠。至1950年成立广利渠管理局,统一管理七条渠道。本文就古灌区的渠首工程、渠道工程和渠系建筑物等三方面作初步的探讨。
Kwong Lee Channel is an ancient irrigation project in the lower reaches of the Qinhe River. According to legend, it was founded in the Qin Dynasty (221-2206 BC). The diversion project called “枋 堰” is to construct a diversion gate by alder and the diversion port is called 枋 口 (now Wu Long Kou). In the Three Kingdoms of the Three Kingdoms, Weimau Fu Yi wood as stone, rebuilt diversion, known as Shimen. In early January 1261 Wang Yun Wang Guangxi canal repair, built a dam water intake. By 1600-1700, seven diversion channels and seven drainage channels were gradually formed. The seven channels were called Guangji, Li & Fung, Wynn, Guanghui, Ganlin, Dalu and Xiaoli. By 1950, Kwong Lee Channel Authority was established to manage seven channels. In this paper, the irrigation district of the ancient irrigation canal project, canal engineering and canal construction for three preliminary discussions.
