张家口地处山区,道路情况复杂,多坡多弯多交叉。随着居民经济条件的不断提高,私家车日益增多。市区现有机动车保有量约80万辆,在早、中、晚高峰时期以及高拥堵路段堵车时间近20分钟或更长,并且交通事故频发。随着2015年7月北京联合张家口申冬奥成功,在冬奥会期间及以后,将有更多的国内外游客来到张家口,势必会给张家口市区交通带来更大的压力。因此,改善城市交通的现状迫在眉睫。借鉴国内外其他城市改善交通的经验,建设智能交通系统是必要的、有效的。
Zhangjiakou is located in the mountains, the road complex, multi-slope more cross-bend. With the continuous improvement of the economic conditions of residents, private cars are increasing. The existing urban motor vehicle population of about 800000 vehicles, in the early, middle and late peak hours and high congestion traffic jam time of nearly 20 minutes or more, and frequent traffic accidents. With the success of Beijing’s joint Zhangjiakou Shen Winter Olympic Games in July 2015, more domestic and foreign tourists will come to Zhangjiakou during and after the Olympic Winter Games, which will inevitably bring more pressure on the traffic in downtown Zhangjiakou. Therefore, improving the status of urban transport is imminent. Learn from other cities at home and abroad to improve traffic experience, building intelligent transportation system is necessary and effective.
