本文对广朴止泻液进行药理学研究,实验结果表明:1.对大黄所致的小鼠腹泻有明显止泻作用;2.对小鼠小肠推进功能有明显抑制作用;3.对小鼠胃排空有明显抑制作用;4.有一定的广谱抗菌作用。
The pharmacological study of Guang Pu Zhi Xie was carried out in this paper. The experimental results showed that: 1. The anti-diarrhea caused by rhubarb has significant anti-diarrhea effect; 2. It has a significant inhibitory effect on mice’s small intestine advancing function; 3. For mice Gastric emptying has a significant inhibitory effect; 4. There is a certain broad-spectrum antibacterial effect.
