水泥尾矿砖是以水泥为胶凝材料,以铁尾矿砂、粉煤灰、添加剂和水为主要原料,经计量、搅拌、压制成型、养护等工序制成,具有强度高、耐久性好、利废等特点。研究表明:铁尾矿砂利用率超过70%的水泥尾矿砖,强度等级达到标准JC/T 422-2007《非烧结垃圾尾矿砖》中MU15要求,吸水率、软化系数、抗冻性等技术指标也符合JC/T 422-2007《非烧结垃圾尾矿砖》标准要求。本文介绍了利用铁尾矿砂制备水泥尾矿砖的试验结果、产品性能和生产技术。

This paper introduces the test results, product performance and production technology of tailing cement bricks using iron tailings.
