目的了解2012年内蒙古自治区食源性致病菌的污染现状。方法按照2012年《全国食源性致病菌监测工作手册》标准操作程序进行,对市售的7类食品进行阪崎肠杆菌、大肠埃希菌O157∶H7/NM、单核细胞增生李斯特菌、金黄色葡萄球菌、蜡样芽胞杆菌、沙门菌、志贺菌、大肠埃希菌O104等8种食源性致病菌监测。结果 2300份样品中共检出阳性菌株151株,总检出率为6.57%。其中蜡样芽胞杆菌和单核细胞增生李斯特菌污染比较严重,检出率为10.96%(55/502)和3.40%(51/1 502);金黄色葡萄球菌、沙门菌和阪崎肠杆菌检出率分别为1.10%(22/2 000)、1.05%(22/2 100)和0.50%(1/200)。7类食品中生畜肉污染最严重,检出率13.00%(52/400),其次是婴幼儿食品,检出率12.50%(25/200)。结论监测的7类食品中,除蔬菜及其制品、水果及其制品类未检出阳性样本外,其他类别食品均存在食源性致病菌不同程度的污染,具有导致食源性疾病的潜在危险。
Objective To understand the status of foodborne pathogens contamination in Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region in 2012. Methods According to the standard operating procedure of 2012 National Foodborne Pathogenic Disease Surveillance Manual, Enterobacter sakazakii, Escherichia coli O157: H7 / NM, monocytosis Listeria Staphylococcus aureus, Bacillus cereus, Salmonella, Shigella, Escherichia coli O104 8 kinds of food-borne pathogens monitoring. Results A total of 151 positive strains were detected in 2300 samples with a total detection rate of 6.57%. Among them, Bacillus cereus and Listeria monocytogenes were more polluted with the detection rates of 10.96% (55/502) and 3.40% (51/1 502); Staphylococcus aureus, Salmonella and E. sakazakii The detection rates were 1.10% (22/2 000), 1.05% (22/2 100) and 0.50% (1/200), respectively. Seven kinds of foodstuffs have the most serious contamination of live meat, with a detection rate of 13.00% (52/400), followed by infant food, with a detection rate of 12.50% (25/200). Conclusions Except for the positive samples of vegetables and their products, fruits and their products, none of the 7 types of foodstuffs monitored were contaminated by food-borne pathogens to some extent, which led to the potential for food-borne diseases Danger.
