目的探讨早期乳腺癌老年患者保乳手术的临床效果。方法回顾性分析45例早期乳腺癌老年患者保乳手术的临床资料。结果手术顺利完成,平均出血量60 ml,随访6～24个月,1例复发,3例因非肿瘤原因死亡,其他患者无肿瘤复发和淋巴转移,乳房外形满意度95.56%。结论保乳手术疗效显著,术后并发症少、恢复快,适合早期乳腺癌老年患者。
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of breast-conserving surgery in elderly patients with early-stage breast cancer. Methods A retrospective analysis of 45 cases of early breast cancer in elderly patients with breast conserving surgery clinical data. Results The operation was completed successfully with an average bleeding volume of 60 ml. The patients were followed up for 6-24 months. One patient relapsed and 3 patients died of non - tumor. Other patients had no tumor recurrence and lymphatic metastasis. The breast shape satisfaction was 95.56%. Conclusion The effect of breast conserving surgery is significant, less postoperative complications, faster recovery, suitable for elderly patients with early breast cancer.
