Publicizing ideological and cultural work is a traditional superiority project of state-owned enterprises. It closely integrates ideological and political work with the building of enterprise culture, has rich resources and accumulated practical experience, and is an important manifestation of the “soft power” of enterprises. At present, the “four comprehensive” strategic plan put forth by the Central Party Committee with Comrade Xi Jinping as general secretary has put forward new requirements for the promotion of ideological and cultural work. State-owned enterprises standing on the comprehensive wave of deepening reform are even more directly facing the challenges posed by the reform of state-owned assets and state-owned enterprises.
