慢性鼻炎、副鼻窦炎是常见病、多发病,属于中医“鼻衄”、“鼻渊”、“脑漏”范畴。临床以鼻塞,涕多脓浊,或脓、血相兼,头闷胀而痛为主要症状。从1984年10月至今,笔者在门诊收治该病50例,疗效颇为满意,现简介如下: 一般资料 50例患者中,男14例,女36例。年龄最大63岁;最小16岁。病程最长30年,最短7月。所有病例均经本院五官科或外单位五官科确诊为慢性鼻炎、副鼻窦炎,都接受过中、西医治疗而效果不显。有22例还作过穿刺、吸脓、埋线等治疗,效果亦不佳。
Chronic rhinitis, paranasal sinusitis is a common disease, frequently-occurring disease, which belongs to the category of “epistaxis”, “snakehead” and “brain leak” in traditional Chinese medicine. Clinically nasal congestion, nasal discharge and more abscess, or pus, blood and head, stuffy and pain as the main symptoms. From October 1984 to date, the author admitted to the clinic 50 cases of the disease, the effect is quite satisfactory, are as follows: General information 50 patients, 14 males and 36 females. The oldest is 63 years old and the youngest is 16 years old. Course of up to 30 years, the shortest in July. All cases were diagnosed by ENT or ENT as chronic rhinitis and paranasal sinusitis in our hospital. All of them were treated by Chinese and Western medicine and the effect was not obvious. There are 22 cases also made puncture, suction pus, embedding and other treatment, the effect is not good.
