恶性胸膜间皮瘤是发生于胸膜间皮细胞的恶性度较高的一种罕见肿瘤,近年来发病率逐步上升。目前对其治疗多为经验性,疗效差,尚缺乏大规模的随机对照临床试验验证各种治疗手段的疗效优劣。近年来,多位学者从不同途径寻求延长生存,改善生存质量的手段,并取得了一定进展,不同报道综合治疗的中位生存期可以达到17~24个月。根据现有的证据,建议以手术+术后放疗化疗的综合治疗为主。今后尚需开展进一步的前瞻性临床研究,以期寻求最佳的治疗方案。
Malignant pleural mesothelioma occurs in pleural mesothelial cells with a higher degree of malignancy of a rare cancer, the incidence in recent years and gradually increased. At present, most of its treatment is empirical, poor efficacy, there is a lack of large-scale randomized controlled clinical trials to verify the efficacy of various treatment methods. In recent years, many scholars seek ways to prolong their survival and improve their quality of life from different ways, and some progress has been made. The median survival time of different reports of comprehensive treatment can reach 17 to 24 months. According to the available evidence, it is recommended to combine surgery and postoperative radiotherapy and chemotherapy. In the future still need to carry out further prospective clinical studies, in the hope of seeking the best treatment plan.
