为解决地下矿山大直径深孔爆破存在的采场爆破效率和生产能力低、爆破振动大、大块率高、作业工序复杂等问题,将竖向深孔逐孔等值微差爆破技术引入地下矿山,应用于安徽某铁矿-200m中段2017#采场,成功将整个采场矿石分3次崩落,炸药单耗为0.31kg/t,大块率为2.65%。该项技术成果可在安庆铜矿、冬瓜山铜矿、安徽草楼铁矿等类似矿山推广使用。
