目的 :了解高原红细胞增多症 (HAPC)患者红细胞膜ATP酶活性及红细胞内离子水平 ,探讨离子转运变化。方法 :选择 2 6例HAPC患者 ,采用Shalev方法测定其红细胞膜ATP酶活性及细胞内相关离子浓度。结果 :患者红细胞膜Na+ -K+ -ATP酶、Ca2 + -ATP酶、Mg2 + -ATP酶活性均明显低于正常人 (P <0 .0 1) ;而红细胞内Na+ 、Ca2 + 浓度却明显高于正常人 (P <0 .0 1,P <0 .0 5) ,HAPC患者红细胞膜内Na+ 含量与红细胞压积呈正相关 ;膜Na+ -K+ -ATP酶活力与红细胞压积呈负相关。结论 :HAPC患者细胞代谢异常 ,离子转运功能下降。
Objective: To understand the ATPase activity of erythrocyte membrane and intracellular level of erythrocytes in patients with high altitude polycythemia (HAPC) and to explore the changes of ion transport. Methods: Twenty-six HAPC patients were selected. The erythrocyte membrane ATPase activity and intracellular relative ion concentration were measured by Shalev method. Results: The activities of Na + -K + -ATPase, Ca2 + -ATPase and Mg2 + -ATPase in erythrocyte membrane of patients were significantly lower than those of normal controls (P <0.01), while the concentrations of Na + and Ca2 + in erythrocytes were significantly higher In normal subjects (P <0.01, P <0.05), the content of Na + in erythrocyte membrane of HAPC patients was positively correlated with hematocrit. The activity of Na + -K + -ATPase was negatively correlated with hematocrit. Conclusion: HAPC patients with abnormal cell metabolism, ion transport function decreased.
